

Chris has worked as an NHS doctor for 18 years, the last 12 of which as a GP Principal. He has gained extensive qualifications, insight, and experience across a range of medical specialties as well as undergraduate teaching roles and achieved 1st place with distinction in his postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health (DMH).
Continuous professional development has been a central tenet of his training and he has continued this into the coaching sphere, where the combination of coaching skills and medical experience affords him unique insight.
He sees Executive Coaching as a highly effective and rewarding approach to Learning and Development. He is passionate about its role in professional life and applies a positive, solution-focused approach to his practice. He loves seeing the personal satisfaction that clients gain in the coaching process as well as the profound change they experience.
He holds a postgraduate Level 7 Diploma for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors and aligns his professional practice to the Coaching Global Code of Ethics, the Association for Coaching (AC) Competency Framework, and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Global Competence Framework.
